Cooking Time: 20 minutes
Serves: Four
- 2 Cups Boiled Basmati Rice
- Capsicum(lengthwise sliced) - 250 gms
- Dania Powder,coarsely grounded - 1 tbsp
- Sambar Powder - 1/2 tbsp
- Red Chilli(don’t break) - 2 nos.
- Cumin seeds(Jeera) - 1/2 tsp
- Turmeric Powder - 1 tsp
- Salt,to taste
- Oil - 1/2 tbsp
Method Heat oil in a kadai and splutter cumin seeds.
Add lengthwise sliced capsicum and Turmeric and Red chilli.Fry till glassy.
Add Sambar powder and coarsely grounded dania powder and Salt to taste.
Cook for just 2 minutes.Don’t overfry.
Mix well with Rice.
