Greek Salad


Prep Time: 10 minutes
Serves: Four

  • 10 g Romaine lettuce, torn
  • 10 g onion, cubed
  • 20 g black olives
  • 10 g cucumber, cubed
  • 30 g feta cheese, cubed
  • 30 g red, green and yellow peppers, cubed
  • 1tbsp oregano
For The Dressing

  • 10 ml vinegar
  • 1 tbsp salt
  • 20 ml olive oil
  • 1 tbsp white pepper powder
  • 10 ml lemon juice
  • 1 tbsp oregano

Method

Toss all the ingredients for the salad together in a large bowl. Whisk all dressing ingredients together. Pour over the salad and toss. Serve chilled.
